We celebrated Earth Week from Monday 27th to Friday 31st March with a daily assembly focus and lots of exciting Earth Week sessions across the week.​

We launched the week with a 'Wear it Wild day' on Monday 27th March, where we asked for a £1 donation for the children to come in dressed as an animal. The money raised through the donation was split - part covered the cost of Midfield adopting an endangered animal for the year (a Snow Leopard voted for by the children), and the rest of the money was split between the WWF, Big Cat Sanctuary and Just Earth.

Children wearing the winning costumes from EYFS, KS1, LKS2 and UKS2, all got an environment-themed booked as their prize.
