Lifecycles
We feel very strongly that children should have first-hand experience as much as possible in science, and lifecycles is a topic that lends itself well to this. With the support of the PTA, we have been lucky enough to observe a variety of animals and plants across their lifecycles - from tadpoles developing into frogs in class and in our wildlife pods, caterpillars to butterflies, eggs to chicks (see our Living Eggs page) and beans to beanstalks, our children have been able to learn in an engaging and memorable way.
