As part of our Traditional Tales theme, we read The Gingerbread Man. We really wanted to make our own gingerbread men, so we went to the local Co-op to buy the ingredients. On the way, we stopped to look at the diggers that were clearing the rubble from the big tower block that was knocked down.

The following day, we weighed and measured them, then rolled them out and baked them.

They were delicious!
